COSTUMING

This series of 9 videos delves into costuming for those who may have little to no background or experience and may be working on a restricted budget.  The teaching artist in this series presents creative ways to construct quality costumes and demonstrates the process of how to do it.  He walks you through dying material, creating creatures, how to create costumes if you cannot sew, repurposing clothing to create a whole new item, stage make-up, how to distress and tie fabric to create different looks and so much more. Each educator who watches the costuming series in its entirety and successfully completes the assessment will receive 3 hours and ten minutes of professional learning units.
